Rebecca Davis Winters founded Fern Green Runes in summer 2000. She lives with her cats and husband in the Rocky Mountains. Other activities include her book Blind Owl Blues, and work as a freelance fudgemaker and produce peddler at popular Colorado farm The Fruit Basket.
